here—it fits true to size. The waistband on the shorts is elastic and very stretchy, so it doesn't dig into your stomach after a big meal (huge plus!). The top is slightly boxy and relaxed, which I love for sleeping. If you prefer a more "oversized" look or have a larger bust, I would suggest sizing up one size just for extra comfort, but otherwise, stick to your normal size.
