Not sure why this is not sold as a set together! But it is so cute on!!!! The perfect beach vacay outfit! I love the fit! Its comfortable but the right amount of stiff to hold the shape. Petite girl friendly! Hits right at my feet and I’m 5’2. The top is self tying. It is a little bit sheer. The top is wide but its part of the style so I would say its TTS or size down. It does come really wrinkled and has a little bit of a plastic smell.
